>> welcome back. 5:10. 79 degrees outside. that is much better than where it has been the past couple of days. each day we're getting in a little better. mainly into the 70's across the bay and the inner parts of the city. 60's from hagerstown to the west. the overnight temperatures were cooler because it was a dry air with much lower humidity. we'll be heading that way with drier air pushing and across the state. that means temperatures will be warm into the afternoon. upper 80's and low 90's. not the typical humidity.

we have some fog this morning. throughout the day, we will see clearing skies. the front is offshore. the driest of the air is starting to push into the area. this will be with us for the next couple of days. temperatures are not that bad. we're still expecting the heat today. we will get away from the extreme humidity. we will warm at the inner harbor, 79. 70 in frederick. 60's as we head into the mountains. warmer air is to get towards the bay. cooler air towards the north and west. 70's all along the eastern coast. we are expecting improvement. it will be much less humidity, especially into the afternoon. upper 80's to low 90's and
